Louise Reilly, Kendrah Potts and Despina Mavromati

We had a great meeting with other WISLaw members at the TDiS conference on March 9. Thanks to Kendrah Potts, Legal Director at Mishcon de Reya (London) for addressing the legal challenges of the IOC retesting program (in the light of the recent Nesta Carter case). We hope that we will have more time to discuss this important issue in one of our next meetings.

WISLaw members at the TDiS conference in London on March 9 The TDiS conference was, once again, an exciting conference discussing the most recent developments in anti-doping regulatory and governance issues. It brought together more than 400 participants (national and international sports federations, NADOs, NGBs, athletes and lawyers) from over 70 different countries around the globe.

Our WISLaw members Despina Mavromati, Catherine Ordway and Louise Reilly were all speakers at the conference. Thanks to the TDiS organizers for hosting our WISLaw meeting!
