Dr. Rosmarijn Van Kleef (UEFA) discussed parts of her doctoral thesis and, more specifically, the liability of football clubs for supporters’ behaviour

We have a small interactive discussion with Dr. R. Van Kleef at the private room of the Restaurant Au Chat Noir in Lausanne. We discussed the liability of football clubs for supporters’ behaviour from UEFA’s point of view but also from a comparative law perspective.
