Jiahe is a Qualified PRC Lawyer. She is currently working as the Legal Counsel at the Asian Football Confederation in its Sports Legal, Disciplinary and Governance unit. Her role included her appointment as the Deputy Secretary to the AFC Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, AFC Appeal Committee and AFC Entry Control Body and appointment at AFC Competitions on venue as the legal officer.

Before Jiahe joined the AFC, she graduated with a Master in Global Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and did her internship at Sportradar’s New York office.

Prior to pursing ISDE master program, Jiahe worked in a China’s leading law firm advising athletes, teams and sports governing bodies in numerous arbitration proceedings. She received her Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree in Japan.

Jiahe can speak English, Mandarin and Japanese.
