Join us for a WISLaw talk on football dispute resolution and jurisdiction hosted by the Hellenic Football Federation (HFF) in Athens on March 22, 2019!

The event will take place at the Conference Room of the HFF Executive Committe of the Hellenic Football Federation on Friday, March 22, 2019 from 15:00 το 16:30.

Our WISLaw Members Dr. Despina Mavromati and Penny Konitsioti will introduce the topic, followed by an interactive discussion among the participants.

“Η δικαιοδοσία της ΕΠΟ σχετικά με την επίλυση εργατικών διαφορών – Σύγκριση με διαφορές διενούς χαρακτήρα που υπάγονται στη δικαιοδοσία της FIFA και του CAS”

Η διεθνής οργάνωση Γυναίκες στο Αθλητικό Δίκαιο (Women In Sports Law – WISLaw), σε συνεργασία με την Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Ποδοσφαίρου (ΕΠΟ), θα οργανώσουν μια ομιλία γύρω από τη δικαιοδοσία των εθνικών  επιτροπών διαφορών και διεθνών διαιτητικών οργάνων (FIFA, CAS) στο ποδόσφαιρο. Μετά από μια εισαγωγική ομιλία από τις δικηγόρους Δέσποινα Μαυρομάτη και Πέννυ Κονιτσιώτη θα ακολουθήσει συζήτηση με τους παρευρισκόμενους.
