Whereas the First Party and the Second Party desire to enter between them into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) as per the terms and conditions set out below. This MOU seeks to formalise the intentions and understandings of the Parties in relation to the partnership

Purpose WisLaw is an international, non-profit association based in Switzerland aimed at promoting, and raising awareness of, women in the Sports law sector through scientific and networking events, annual meetings, gender equality championship – contest and annual reports on the participation of women in sports law positions.

SLA is the premier non-profit sports law professional association based in the United States of America whose common goal is the understanding, advancement, and ethical practice of sports law and providing networking and other benefits to its members.

WisLaw and SLA wish to work together to pursue a mutually beneficial alliance between their respective organizations and to advance the development of sports law internationally.

This MOU seeks to formalise the intentions and understandings of the parties in relation to such an alliance.
