Keynote Speaker Ailis McSweeney BCL, MA Athlete, lawyer & wellbeing leader
Ailis is a former Irish International Sprinter who specialised in 60 and 100 meters. Until 2018 she held the Irish 100m record and has held multiple Irish records during her career. Throughout her sporting career Ailis won numerous National Titles, as well as reaching multiple European and World semi-finals and earning silver and bronze medals in the 2015 Summer Universiade.
Ailis is currently Chief of Client Success at PepTalk, a workplace wellbeing company providing an engagement and wellbeing solution for organisations and their employees. She works closely to implement clients’ wellbeing strategies and to leverage the benefits of the PepTalk platform and programme.
She a former solicitor with A&L Goodbody and holds a Bachelor of Law Degree, a Masters in Globalisation. Ailis is a regular panellist on RTÉ Sport and also holds board positions at a number of non-profits including Paralympics Ireland and Sport Dispute Solutions Ireland.
