Juanita is a sports lawyer with significant experience in tribunal, disciplinary and integrity matters. She is a member of the Paralympics Australia Intentional Misrepresentation Panel and World Sailing Safeguarding Disciplinary Panel and has appeared before the National Sports Tribunal and Australian Human Rights Commission. She is a member of the Australian + NZ Sports Law Association and the National Sports Tribunal Legal Assistance Panel and has guest lectured at the University of Queensland in sports law.
