Khamitsevich

I am a legal professional with a Master’s in Sports Law and Advocacy, specializing in disciplinary investigations, case management, and safeguarding within international sport.

My experience includes leading sensitive investigations for the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation, contributing to safeguarding initiatives with World Athletics, and supporting human rights projects with the Centre for Sport and Human Rights. Throughout my career, I have focused on promoting integrity, fairness, and athlete well-being, with particular expertise in supporting whistle-blowers and vulnerable or intimidated individuals.

Earlier in my career, I gained broad legal and project management experience in the private sector and academia, including legal advisory across diverse areas of law. Certified in conflict management and mediation, I approach cases with collaboration, empathy, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Alongside my professional work, I actively volunteer with Women in Sports Law and have supported multiple Olympic Games, reflecting my belief in the power of community and the importance of amplifying women’s voices in sports - and beyond.
