Natacha Ménard is a dynamic professional whose career and passions intersect at the crossroads of leadership, negotiation, and sport. She has built a reputation for strategic vision, collaboration, and the ability to bring complex projects to life through effective communication and consensus-building.
Beyond her business career, Natacha is a lifelong athlete and active competitor in Masters swimming and an Official and volunteer with the Quebec Boxing Federation and has been involved in many other sports throughout the years. This has shaped her resilience, discipline, and deep appreciation for fair play and inclusion in sport.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the Université de Sherbrooke, Natacha’s research project explores how mediation can help reduce dropout rates among adolescent girls in sports. Her work focuses on creating healthier, more equitable sporting environments that promote belonging, motivation, and lifelong participation for women and girls.
Through her academic, athletic, and professional journey, Natacha strives to build relationships between people, disciplines, and perspectives. With a strong belief that when conflict is managed constructively, it can be a catalyst for growth and empowerment in both sport and society.
