Reitumetse Pilane is a two-time graduate, having earned a BA Law degree with a German major and recently completing the LLB program at the University of Pretoria. Currently, she is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma (Conversion) at The University of Law, marking the beginning of her journey to qualify as a Solicitor of England and Wales. In October 2024, Reitumetse will commence the LLM in International Sports Law at the Real Madrid Graduate School. for the 2024/25 year.

Reitumetse’s areas of interest include sports law, particularly football law, social justice, arbitration and international commercial law.

Her professional legal journey has exposed her to commercial law, family law, and corporate law. Establishing and maintaining amicable relationships with high efficiency and productivity is her forte. She thrives on exceeding expectations and is always eager to go the extra mile, both in academia and in practice.

As a professional, she prioritises client-centric support, specialised communication, and organisational acumen. Beyond the legal sphere, she is a well-rounded individual with interests in literature, music, horse riding, and football.
