Schona Jolly KC is a leading barrister, practising from Cloisters Chambers in London with a domestic and international practice. Her work in sports law is influenced by her leading practice in human rights and equality, public international law and employment/labour law for which she is highly regarded. She appears before the CAS and other courts/tribunals in respect of sports matters, including and in particular focusing on the rights of sports people and athletes around the world. She leads teams of lawyers in complex domestic and international claims, including in group litigation, and is widely sought after for advice on litigation and policy. Amongst her most well known sports litigation, she acted for and represented Caster Semenya through her litigation up to and including the Grand Chambers of the European Court of Human Rights.
