With a strong track record across various arbitration proceedings (ad hoc and under institutional rules including ICC, LCIA, AAA, and GAFTA), Aditi acts as counsel, administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals, and accepts nominations as arbitrator. She also handles arbitration-related litigation before French courts.
Leveraging her commercial background, Aditi is actively expanding her practice within the sports sector and wishes to promote women in sports generally, and sports law. A passionate follower of Formula 1 and football, her specific legal interests lie in the intricate contractual ecosystems of elite sports.
