Diana Falca is a CPA, CA with over 13 years of professional experience across accounting, finance, insolvency, and advisory roles in Canada and the United States. She completed a First-Class LLB at the University of Leeds and has completed all requirements for the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in Canada.

Prior to studying law, Diana earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Rotman at the University of Toronto. Her professional background includes experience in insolvency and restructuring matters relating to U.S. proceedings, as well as senior finance and strategic advisory roles supporting commercial operations, contract review, and business planning.

Diana has played tennis since the age of five, training and competing throughout her life, and obtained her tennis teaching certification in Canada. During law school, she participated in mentoring programs with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Lee & Thompson LLP, focusing on corporate, privacy, and media law. She also volunteered with Citizens Advice supporting welfare appeals and tribunal matters.
