Isabelle Fellrath, Attorney-at-Law/Arbitrator/Expert, Switzerland/UK/Italy

Dr Isabelle Fellrath acts as counsel and expert, and sits as an arbitrator with various arbitral institutions under different arbitration and substantive laws. She sat as an arbitrator in CAS Ad Hoc Division for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. She served as an Adjunct Judge at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.

She currently sits as an arbitrator in the Swiss Sport Tribunal and Chair the European Aquatics Integrity Unit’s Adjudicatory Body.

After over 25 years of legal practice in leading Swiss and international law firms with extensive involvement in African matters, Isabelle launched LexInn Legal Office, a legal boutique offering specialised counsel, arbitrator and expert services including in commercial, contract, investment, sport, energy, environmental and governance (ESG) matters.

Isabelle publishes in her areas of expertise, which she has been teaching for many years at the Universities of Glasgow, and Lausanne as well as at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne
