King's Counsel based in London, practicing in Criminal and Regulatory work, including Sports. I both prosecute and defend and also sit as a part-time Judge in the Crown Court (Recorder), with authorisation to try Serious Sexual Offences. I have a non-Exec role as a Board Member of UK Anti-Doping (UKAD), the UK's regulatory body in respect of doping in sport and also sit on UKAD's Audit and Risk Committee. I am also a member of the Sport Resolutions Safeguarding Case Management Panel. I have leadership roles in Wellbeing within the Bar Council and South Eastern Circuit and co-Founded 'Kindness at the Bar' to research and promote positive working practices in the legal professions. The organisation has, to date, produced two research reports in liaison with the University of Sussex. The evidence presented drew from focus groups including both solicitors and barristers as well as members of the Judiciary and I am a regular speaker on the topic at conferences and podcasts.
